The Sounds of Fitness

There are an abundance of sounds that represent fitness. I chose three gym sounds to record. I started with the back and forth movement of the rowing machine, a cycling instructor's motivational instructions, and the clanking of weights. Hearing the sounds of fitness can easily transport you to the any fitness environment.

At a certain point in your fitness life these sounds become a way of life. In some cases, people find it relaxing. The sounds of fitness are natural sounds people can easily distinguish. Sometimes these sounds include, the spinning of a treadmill belt, the fan of a rowing machine, or even the sound of metal colliding with metal when lifting weights.
